Elly Grimmett (Board Chair)

Elly has a double degree in International Development and Environmental Policy and Management and currently works for a global development organisation as a Graduate - Markets, Clients and Strategy. Elly brings a depth of knowledge around community development principles and practices. Elly has experience working in policy development as well as being involved in overseas action programs on a voluntary basis.

Michael Chant (Board Deputy Chair)

Michael Chant has had many years of experience in a Christian mission and as a Chief Executive. He is currently the CEO of Assured Home Care in South Australia. Prior to joining Assured Home Care, Michael was the CEO of School's Ministries Group after many years as the Chief Executive at Adelaide’s Christian radio station - 1079 Life. He is also well known for his leadership within the Bible Society, locally and internationally. Michael has had extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector at both the board and executive levels. He has a passion for business excellence and believes that mission work should be done well. He has advanced degrees in both business principles and business practice. 

Phil Pynor (Project Manager / Board Member)

Phil is currently working as a Strategic Accompanist through his business, 2 Roads Consulting. His passion is to see innovation drive vision to build transformational cultures led by a new generation of leaders. He has worked in education, led churches, served on boards and been a CEO of a SA Disability NGO. Phil has been providing strategic support in Cambodia and the Philippines.

Melanie Graetz (Administration Manager / Board Member)

Mel has held numerous administration and finance roles over the years and helps run her husband's vinyl DJ business. Mel holds a degree in complementary medicine and has a strong interest in health and wellbeing. She is a founding team member of The Table Talk Project, a social enterprise geared at improving communication within families.

Don Grimmett (Board Member)

Don is the Principal of an Independent Christian School in Adelaide. Don has extensive governance experience, having served on the Independent Schools Council of Australia, the Association of Independent Schools SA Board, the Non-Government Schools Advisory Committee, and the South Australian Anglican Schools System Chair.
